     I was browsing through push up exercises in YouTube and I accidentally came across to one of your videos. I checked some of your videos and I really like the fact and how you delivered the information. I am going to start checking your 12 weeks of transformation and try to apply on myself. I have not done any training and this may be a good chance for me to start doing it. I just want to say thank you for making all the videos.</description>

It really depends on your goals and biomechanics, but for women especially, squats, lunges, romanian deadlifts, pull-ups, chin-ups, close-grip pull ups, bulgarian split squats, these are just a couple that I like to employ on a regular basis. Compound movements mainly. Hope this helps!</description>
