    I really like the quote..thanks for the motivation I have been changing my diet to portion control and trying to be commited/gym..what do you think of running again?

    I think running is a great addition to the big picture of being fit and active. By itself, for a body transformation, it is ineffective, but when done in addition to a smart program, impressive results can happen. Just make sure you make it progressively more challenging!
