Chef Buff 7th Show: Too HOT Low-carb Sexy Hot Chocolate

Want an energy booster that tastes great and is healthy for you? Enter Chef Buff’s HOT CHOCOLATE. Thats right, if you could get a low-calorie, sugar free, great tasting hot chocolate, would ya be interested? Ya damn right you would skippy. Because I don’t let anything short of magic touch these lips. Check it out:

Ingredients
1 Teaspoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 Cup Almond Milk (unsweetened)
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Stevia
1 Tablespoon Water

Directions: Pour cocoa powder into cup and mix with water until it turns into a sludge. Mix in sweetener. Boil the almond milk and pour into cup, hot, while stirring. Top with cinnamon and enjoy the explosion in your mouth.

Ingredients
1 Head of Cauliflower
3 Cloves of Garlic
3 Tablespoons Almond Milk
1 Teaspoon Ionized Sea Salt
1 Teaspoon Coconut Oil

Directions: Steamed whole head of cauliflower. Sautee garlic in one teaspoon of coconut oil. Mashed cauliflower with hand blender. Throw in sautéed garlic, almond milk, and salt, mix and serve. Makes three servings.
