Quick question… you say the real deal cinnamon to use.. you have a particular brand I should look for?? And is the Lipton Green Tea just as good as the Japanese Green Tea? I love drinking green tea alot, I think I am an addict to that!!

. For cinnamon, I’d use a brand that comes from Saigon as it was the cinnamon used in the studies to control blood sugar- but all cinnamon is good. As per Green Tea, Japanese green tea is superior and even better still is loose leaf green tea which you can buy in most health food stores. But all of them are good- and trust me I’ve heard of a lot worse addictions than a Green tea addiction

would cod liver oil supplements work as well?
No because it has too high levels of Vitamin A
