1. Drink 4L of water to keep you satiated and your body operating at peak efficiency
2. Eat green vegetables with every meal to fuel your body with nutrients and keep you full
3. Always prepare your meals so you don’t eat at Mcdonald’s
4. Volumize your food by eating low calorie foods that weigh a lot (think vegetables, pure protein like chicken breast etc) so it keeps you full.
5. Be consistent. A pretty good plan followed consistently is better than an excellent plan being “sort of” followed.

Yey. Someone that got over the “8 glasses of water a day”
I drink between half a liter and a liter everytime i start drinking. That’s because i have my “water glass” that is 0.5 liter and one of it is not enough. If you are not drinking enough water a day, than go and buy a huge glass.
