1. How do I solve bloating?
2. How have you gained so much muscle in such little time?

Bloating is caused usually by excess sodium, carbs, indigestion and perhaps too much volume in your food. For sodium, avoid salty foods and increase your potassium intake. For carbs, make sure to eat small portions through out the day. As per indigestion and constipation, consume adequate amounts of fibre and a probiotic for gut health. Finally if you eat a lot of leafy green vegetables, this could be the culprit as they take a lot of space in your stomach up- don’t worry about it!

How have I gained so much muscle well losing weight? Well…I know what I’m doing! I might give off the air of a loose, comedic fitness guy, but I have an extensive background working with national level athletes, and being the fitness director of the most prestigious gym in Toronto. Bottom line: I know what the heck I’m talking about! This program BURNS fat AND BUILDS muscle, and I’m sure the videos prove this.
