I didn’t lose weight this week. And I’m happy. Let me explain. I was in surgery this past week (just for wisdom teeth), so I couldn’t work out at all. This coupled with eating only liquid foods meant that I had to change goals. You cannot lose fat when you are starving yourself and not working out, you will lose weight and it will be muscle. Thus for the last week I’ve been eating more than normal (a crap load of yogurt etc). So I’m happy I didn’t lose weight, which means I’ve not lost muscle, which is a priority.

You will learn the secrets of fat loss without stressing out about it and without having to eat less than an anorexic supermodel! This transformation is based of my many previous successful transformations of both myself and my clients.

The abs are VERY scared but are starting to make themselves known. Once again I am down another 2 pounds (172.4), putting me at 8 pounds in 4 weeks, exactly what I want. No muscle loss, just flab! Heck my strength is even up.

Warm-Up: 20 Burpees

300 Reps of the Following:
A1) Romanian Deadlifts
A2) Close Push-Ups
A3) Front Squats

Rest 60 seconds, repeat circuit until you do 100 reps in total of each exercise

Finisher: 10 reps of 5 sets of Kettlebell Swings
